db[0][10]="A common shrub up to 0,80m in height which grows on deep sand in colonies of  various sizes. The leaves are almost opposite, a little bit leathery, shiny light green on the upper side but not shiny on the under side. The flowers appear in axillary clusters of five or more flowers, a single flower being 5mm in diameter and yellow-olive coloured. People report that in 1995 and 1996 there were almost no flowers, but 1997 was a year of massive flowering which started in September. The fruits are orange and the size of a small mandarin. It bears one large kernel covered with a thin layer of orange flesh under a hard, but easily breakable shell.";

The taste is very pleasant, sweet and fruity. Unfortunately the fruit cannot be stored for more than 2 to 3 days, as it dries out. It can be eaten from March up to June and is a well-liked fruit, especially by children.";
